小井眼侧钻水平井液压套管扶正器研制与应用

Abstract:

Aiming at the problems of uneven thickness of cement sheath and poor cementing quality caused by conventional elastic rigid centralizer used in horizontal well sidetracking through 139. 7mm casing at Jidong Oilfield, a hydraulic rigid casing centralizer is developed. The centralizer is composed of multi-stage piston, centralizer claw, locking mechanism, etc. By hydraulic pressure acting on multi-stage piston, the cone is pushed to open rigid centralizer claw, and the centralizer sleeve is forced to center. At present, it has been applied in five 139. 7mm sidetracking horizontal wells at Jidong Oilfield. Field application shows that the success rate of cementing is 100% , and the cementing quality rate of sidetracked horizontal section is more than 98% . The application result is good. The centralizer has the characteristics of small diameter, hydraulic start up and rigid centralizing. It provides technical support for improving the casing centralizing in slim horizontal well idetracking at Jidong Oilfield, improving cementing quality, improving development and prolonging production life.

摘要: 针对冀东油田 Ø139.7mm套管开窗小井眼侧钻水平井采用常规的弹性和刚性扶正器套管居中度不易保证,造成水泥环厚度不均、固井质量较差等问题,研制出了一种液压刚性套管扶正器。该扶正器由多级活塞、扶正爪、锁紧机构等组成,通过液压作用于多级活塞,推动锥体撑开刚性扶正爪,强制扶正套管居中。目前在冀东油田 Ø139.7 mm套管开窗小井眼侧钻水平井应用了5口井,现场应用表明,固井成功率为 100%,侧钻水平段固井优质率 98%以上,应用效果良好。该扶正器具有外径小、液压启动、刚性扶正套管的特点,为提高冀东油田小井眼侧钻水平井套管串的居中度,改善固井质量,提高开发效果、延长生产寿命提供了技术支持。
